PA/EA to the CEO

We are looking for an outstanding candidate to start at Fireball in early 2015. You would be working for a dynamic CEO of a fast-paced event management company in London SW18.

Fireball is an independent event and creative production agency specialising in producing high profile events within the fundraising, sport, entertainment and business to business. Fireball is the UK's leading event fundraising specialist and has raised over £27 million for charities and good causes over the last 17 years with £7 million being raised in the last 2 years.

This role will be to provide right hand support to the CEO, a mum of two, in the business and her personal life. Working in an extremely busy environment you will need to be very hard working, highly organised, have great initiative, attention to detail and be a fantastic multi-tasker. Whilst this role is based in event management you do not need to have event experience, but you will need to have come from a PA or project management background with at least 3 years’ experience and be able to provide critical support for a dynamic CEO working to tight timelines as well as getting involved in general office and team management, new business projects and events.

Ideally this job would be full time, but we are willing to consider excellent candidates who could work reduced hours on a daily basis.

Great interpersonal skills are required as you will need to liaise at all levels, dealing with clients and celebrities, so you must be personable, patient, approachable, positive and have bags of common sense. Good IT skills are a must. The ideal PA/EA would be a diligent, trusted worker who is prepared to get stuck in to any task thrown their way, we are looking for a real team player with a bright temperament, flexibility, confidence and a ‘can do’ attitude.

This exciting opportunity is for someone that has the ability to work on their own initiative in order to comply to all administrative procedures and standards that allows the smooth running of the team. The successful applicant will be allocated a high degree of responsibility that includes handling confidential information with complete discretion. It is essential that you are able to cope with multiple, conflicting demands and can prioritise those whilst remaining calm under the pressure.

Salary is dependent upon experience.
